BOB ‘SCHOOLBOY’ GRIFFITH

Bob’s career spanned from 1933 to 1953. He was a big strong right-handed pitcher who was also an excellent batter.
He was an All Star in 1935, 1948 and 1949.
He went 21-9 in 1936, and also struck out 29 batters in 17 innings as the winning pitcher in two games during the 1936 Denver Post Tournament.
